What We Do

From our sushi bar, we have a large variety of choice seafood, from popular items like California and Spicy Tuna Rolls to more obscure delicacies like California Uni (sea urchin) and Lightly Seared Engawa (fluke fin) sushi. Our fish is guaranteed fresh - never frozen, and prepared hygienically and artfully.

From our kitchen, we serve traditional Japanese cooked foods, including Teriyaki, Tempura, Donburi (rice bowls), Sukiyaki, and Udon / Soba noodles. Bento boxes (combination boxes) are also available for those who like a little bit of variety in their meals.

Our waitstaff are attentive, polite, knowledgeable, and can recommend dishes according to customers' preferences. The restaurant has a cozy relaxing vibe, complete with plants and music. We hope that customers can decompress and feel at home when dining here with us at Yamato.
